Shipping & Returns

Shipping UAE and other GCC countries is FREE OF CHARGE. Shipping outside GCC is paid by the customer. 

Estimated days of the delivery:

UAE - 1 to 2 days

Rest of GCC - 1 to 3 days

Rest of the world - 3 to 5 days

Customs charges, local charges and clearance charges:

For all GCC countries we take the responsibility to pay all the customs charges.

For countries outside GCC, since the policies of customs authorities vary from one country to another, it is not possible for us to determine each countries customs policy on garment taxes. It is recommended to inquire at your customs authority if any taxes would be charged for the item you wish to buy. If any taxes would apply, you would be asked to pay it upon your order delivery. 

Checkout:

Please note that we have multiple currencies on our website, but the Checkout will be done in AED at the best exchange rate the system can offer.

Returns and exchanges must be made in 14 days within the date of delivery. Items must be returned in the original condition in and out. They must have all the labels attached and not be worn. Swimsuits must be returned with the hygiene plastic liner attached.

We will send you the shipping label within few days of your request which you have to print and attach to the order box and the courier will come to pick the item as soon as possible. Once we receive the item that you wish to return, it will go through our quality check. If approved,  your payment will be returned within 14-28 days after the item was received.

We do not offer exchanges at the moment. If you would like to exchange your item, please follow the return policy.

Returns in UAE are made for FREE OF CHARGE. Outside UAE return is paid by the customer. Please check the section Return Fees.

Important: shipping (for the orders outside GCC), custom charges, any additional bank charges and discount codes will not be returned, reimbursed or refunded for the returns.

Note: we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, in our opinion, who is doing excessive returns or exchanges.

The same procedure applies as for the local returns and exchanges, just it might take slightly longer.

We will deduct the Return Fees from the item cost (outside UAE) that you have paid and we will refund the rest of the amount to the same credit card. 

We will need you to provide your bank account number and we will refund the full amount to your credit card.

Yes, you can if you haven’t received a confirmation that the order was picked up from Greta Boutique yet.

Once the item is received, it will go through our quality check. If it is approved, you will receive the refund in 14-28days.
